Job Summary: The role of Lead Engineer/Designer is the main point of contact for the technical aspects of projects and a key contributor to company technical standards. They coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that projects meet the requirements for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Responsibilities: Develops in-depth and industry leading knowledge in least one area of subject matter expertise. Develops and refines company technical standards (specifications, details, schematics, design guidelines, and best practices related to their subject matter expertise. Actively attends seminars, training sessions, and factory tours related to their area of expertise. Acts as technical support res
