A postdoctoral research position is available immediately for research at the interface of machine learning, optimization, and economics at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. The postdoctoral associate will work under the guidance of Thanh Nguyen, Will Wei Sun, and Mohit Tawarmalani. The position will be for a period of 2 years. Specifically, the research will focus on using high-dimensional data to develop predictive models of user behavior and to incorporate them in the analysis of prescriptive decisions as well as market design problems.
