The Project Development Manager is responsible for participating in project development through working with developers, feedstock providers, financing agencies, public agencies, and other organizations related primarily to the development of biomass facilities. The Project Development Manager assumes a high level of responsibility for difficult, complex and varied duties, works with a high degree of independence, and represents Pioneer Community Energy to a variety of stakeholders and outside entities.
