Responsible for the full range of supervisory activities, including selection, training, evaluation, counseling, and recommendation for dismissal of all administrative organization employees. Accountable for the effective and efficient planning, management, development, and overall leadership of the workforce. May assume the duties and responsibilities of the General Manager & CEO in their absence. This is a senior executive level position responsible for providing internal and external leadership, coordination, management, and direction for the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) administrative services, including the following assigned divisions/departments: Human Resources, Communications & Administrative Services
