Summary - Under the general direction of the CEO, the Director of Quality is responsible for establishing, maintaining, auditing and improving the Quality Systems of Lapp NA Subsidiaries towards continuous customer satisfaction improvement. Primary activities are to aid subsidiaries in obtaining their ISO Certifications, in keeping abreast of regulatory certifications and quality methods, and in consistently improving the internal LAPP Quality targets.
