Description Terradyne Engineering, a geotechnical engineering and construction material testing company, is seeking an experienced Quality Program Administrator (QPA). The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in airport and/or highway construction along with previous quality control experience on projects of more than $5 million and NICET III certified in highway materials technician, highway construction technician, or construction materials technician (preferred).
