JOB SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Director of Engineering, the Civil Engineer plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs the City’s municipal engineering programs involving civil engineering projects, developments, construction, inspection, surveying, infrastructure operation/maintenance, and all other related duties as assigned.
