The Position The One Water Executive Director provides strategic leadership to all water-based utilities. Through a One Water philosophy, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall operational results, strategy, and budgeting for water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities. This position reports to the Deputy City Manager and serves on the City’s executive team, functioning as a strategic advisor and ensuring alignment with City leadership, other service areas, internal stakeholders, and community partners.
