CITY ENGINEER The City of DeBary is entering an exciting time.  Development of our Main Street is on the horizon, and there are a number of stormwater projects either in process or slated to begin. At this time we are accepting applications for an Engineer to perform professional level work in support of the City’s engineering activities, including review and construction plan approval of development applications, and project design and construction oversight of the City’s capital improvement program projects for stormwater and transportation.
