Teutsch Prevention Effectiveness Fellowship to address ongoing public health demand for rigorous health economics-based inquiry through the recruitment, internal placement, and professional development of public health economists. Prevention effectiveness and public health economics assess the impact of public health policies, programs, and practices on health outcomes by determining efficacy, effectiveness, and efficiency using economic, econometric, decision, analytic, and program and policy evaluation methods.
