Director, Oracle Consulting – Oracle Supply Chain & Operations, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Charlotte, NC. Help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. Help clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Utilize Oracle applications to help our clients address a variety of strategic operations challenges and create sustainable change and continuous process improvement to maximize opportunities and create value throughout the enterprise. Manage client relationships by providing functional application expertise and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the Oracle cloud modules through all phases of an implementation. Lead and configure configuration tasks in Oracle Payroll Cloud, Time and Labor Cloud, and Core HR; Document and perform application set ups in test and production instances.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, plus 7 years of related experience, of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Gathering, analyzing business requirements & performing fit-gap analysis and recommending leading practice alternatives;
Conducting Conference room pilots (CRP) with business users;
Mapping business requirements to the Oracle Cloud functionality and build requirement traceability matrix;
Working with development team to design and implement Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and workflows (RICEW);
Developing detailed test scripts and conducting Functional, system integration & User Acceptance testing as needed and ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner;
Utilizing Project management skills, interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions; and
Support post go live Oracle Cloud user tickets, enhancements, configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
