The Assistant Director of Program Management reports to the Director of Program Management and is the second highest ranking leader in the division. The Assistant Director provides guidance and direction to technical and administrative staff that are responsible for the Port's Capital Improvement Program. This leader is also responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the Port’s project delivery processes and procedures including project management and quality management systems.
