This is an office/hybrid position. Three days in office, two days work from home.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in related field.
Minimum two years experience with recovery and/or power boilers or minimum five years experience in the pulp mill chemical recovery area.
Field experience is a plus.
Experience in mechanical design utilizing AutoCad.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook
Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties.
Solution development for boiler modification projects.
Customer interaction to identify project drivers in proposal efforts.
Proposal development and project execution for small mill level projects.
Equipment mechanical inspections.
Erection support, commissioning and start-up of rebuilds and new installations.
Technical Services boiler outage support, as required.
This position requires moderate travel primarily within North America. Some work in hot environments and/or physical activities such as lifting and/or climbing may be necessary
