The City of Winchester is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Engineer I, II or III, as part of the City’s Public Services Engineering team.  Under the supervision of the City Engineer, this position performs technical work related to plan review, water and sewer design, utility system modeling, drafting, cost estimating, and project management, as well as assisting with stormwater, right-of-way and floodplain management programs.  The City welcomes applicants who are committed to excellence, while working in a relaxed and productive atmosphere; work environment encourages teamwork, open and honest communication, a sense of humor, flexibility, and a positive work-life balance.
