| The Institute of Service Science (ISS) at the College of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, invites applications for two or more full-time tenure-track faculty positions, starting in Spring 2021 or later, at the Assistant, Associate, Full, or Distinguished Professor level. ISS is a multi-disciplinary research institute with PhD and Masters programs. Our faculty’s research is in the areas of Management and Marketing, Service Innovation and Design, Information Systems, and Business Analytics. With 10 full-time faculty members, 16 PhD students, and 40+ Masters students, ISS is a highly collegial and dynamic institute, working on research with social impact. Our faculty are actively engaged in theoretical and applied research spanning information systems, e-service, service management, data science, marketing, and human-computer interaction. Our institute is seeking to expand our faculty in one or more of these areas. Candidates should demonstrate excellent research and teaching capabilities in one of these academic domains. We expect the faculty member to play a key role in advising and teaching at the PhD and Masters programs.
