The desire to introduce cyber technologies into our curriculum has created a demand for a full-time Civil Engineer to assist faculty in creating course content and homework assignments, managing unmanned aerial vehicles and data acquisition systems, developing content related to 3D printing, supporting virtual and augmented reality content design and development, and assist student learning. The successful applicant will also be responsible for staying up to date with various Civil Engineering software and hardware applications including GIS, remote sensing, database applications, AutoCAD/Revit, and data acquisition techniques related to cyber infrastructure. The Technology Coordinator will use this knowledge to work with faculty to help integrate cyber and software applications across the curriculum and become a resource for undergraduate and graduate students seeking assistance. The Coordinator would also be expected to become a licensed UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) pilot and become versed in virtual and augmented reality technologies for civil, construction, environmental, and nuclear engineering applications.

COMPENSATION: $39,300 to $65,000/annual
WORK SCHEDULE: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional after hours.
